Trained with Michelin Star chef Roberto Petza and Tempura Master Akimitsu Tanihara Emanuele is the perfect example of the “Cosmopolitan Chef”.
He has kept the same appetite for discovery over the years while experimenting with ingredients and techniques from Italy, Thailand, France, South Korea and Japan.
Curious about everything, you will see him in his best light when discovering new products at the local market or learning a new cooking method.
He is the epitome of the modern chef.
